A simple, authentic recipe for West African Jollof rice, delivering bold, rich flavors in just a few easy steps. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
• Pasta 500g
• 1 Kwikish jollof paste jar
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Mince meat
• 1 Stock cube
• Cayenne pepper
• Cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Boil pasta (500g) until just al dente, drain.
2. Oven on: 200°C (180°C fan).
3. Brown mince in 3 tbsp olive oil.
4. Stir in 1 stock cube + 1 jar jollof paste + cayenne (splash of water if thick). Simmer 3-5 mins.
5. Mix in pasta until fully coated.
6. Tip into baking dish, top with cheddar.
1. Bake 15-20 mins until bubbling (grill 2-3 mins for a golden top). Rest 5 mins, serve.
