Ingredients:
2 cups bulgur wheat
1 Jar Kwikish Jollof Paste
Oil
1 Seasoning Cube of your choice
Water
Optional: vegetables for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bulgur
Rinse 2 cups of bulgur wheat thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear
Drain well and set aside
Step 2: Make the Base
Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pot over medium heat until warm, and add 1 jar of Kwikish Jollof Paste
Let it simmer for 5 minutes until fragrant
Step 3: Add 1 seasoning cube
Add 1 seasoning cube of your choice
Stir well to combine.
Step 4: Add washed Bulgur + 2 ½ parts Water
Add your washed Bulgur to the pot and add 2 ½ parts of water.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes,
Until soft, fluffy, and packed with flavor
Step 5: Final Touches
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving
Garnish with fresh vegetables if desired
