Refund policy

1. General Policy
As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind or if the product has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or faulty; or

  • You receive the wrong item.

To raise a claim, please contact us at info@kwikish.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence of the issue.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used food products.

  • Any product not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by us.

5. Exchanges for Merchandise
Non-food items (such as tote bags or t-shirts) may be exchanged if returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
